What is needed to obtain vehicle impound after a police tow or tow-away off private property?
- Registered owner must be present with valid photo ID.
**If the owner does not have a valid driver’s license, then two (2) licensed drivers must be present with their valid driver’s licenses. - Proof of current registration
- If unable to provide proof of current registration, then the vehicle can be towed out for an additional fee.
- Proof of valid insurance
- If unable to provide proof of valid insurance, then the vehicle can be towed out for an additional fee.
- Some police impounds require the owner to obtain a release from the police department.
*Please call ahead to confirm if you need a release before coming to retrieve your vehicle
- Payment
- Cash or Credit Card (with matching photo ID), no checks.
What is needed to obtain belongings from a vehicle after an accident?
- If you have Comprehensive and Collision coverage (Full Coverage)
- Registered owner must be present with valid photo ID.
- Confirmation from insurance company of full coverage and liability.
- If you do not have full coverage through your vehicle insurance
- Registered owner must be present with valid photo ID
- You have 2 options:
- Pay invoice in full and have vehicle removed from impound
- Pay a portion of invoice, sign over title, remove personal belongings, and leave vehicle at impound (to be disposed of by us)
What roadside services do you offer?
- Tire change (must have a good spare tire that is already mounted on a rim)
- Battery jump starts
- Door unlocks of vehicle (lockouts)
- Winch-out service
- Fuel delivery
What are your hours of operation?
- Scheduled and Emergency Towing or Roadside services
- 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
- Office and Impound Yard
- Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm
- Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are by appointment only between the hours of 9am – 5pm
